Things move quickly after Holden initiates the shutdown sequence of Arcadia. True, they have a map – though to what they aren’t quite sure.

Let's be honest, I'm only a one little bookdragon who would gladly die under the weight of her TBR Pile and who has NO SELF CONTROL when it comes to books. So, it doesn't come as a surprise to me (and it probably to you as well) when I say that well, I binge read through these last two #ReMade episodes SO FAST, I have no idea how to differentiate the both of them.

Hence, the joint review.

I started this series out in September when it released after the lovely people over at Serial Box Publishing, asked me to read and review it on here. WELL, HOW COULD I RESIST? Book EPISODES? That's like my two favourite pass times COMBINED!

Both of these Episodes were WOAH. Fast paced, intense and filled with this FEAR coursing through you, wondering what would happen to the teens, whether they would be attacked by the caretakers, would they leave the city, if they did, would they even make it out? BASICALLY, THERE WERE A LOT OF QUESTIONS. And while we got the answers, ReMade ends of a HUGE cliffhanger that will leave you DYING for season two.

Oh, and also, a PARTICULAR PERSON that I loved dies (no spoilers) and my HEART IS BROKEN. I don't think I've quite processed it, because it happened in the final scene, but DAMN this character was one of the BEST. *cries*

All in all, this is one series DEFINITELY  worth immersing yourself into, especially if Dystopian Societies, Survival and The Maze Runner are your thing!

This is the 13th episode of ReMade, a 15-episode serial from Serial Box Publishing. This episode was written by Andrea Phillips.

Arcadia knows what it means to be lonely; she’s had no visitors for an awfully long time. So when a group of haggard teens tumble unto her streets, she welcomes then with open arms and plays host the best she can remember. Of course, they have no idea she’s there watching, listening, helping. But she doesn’t mind – after all, hers is half lost anyway.

*Spoilers ahead*

There's no real way to review this episode without spoiling the narrator, and what you will guess the minute I tell you who the narrator is. so I guess I have no other choice.

I went into this episode thinking about who the narrator would be, but I could NEVER HAVE GUESSED.

The title, Memories of Arcadia, refer to the Artificial Intelligence that runs the city, and this is all about her. We finally learn WHAT HAPPENED, how the teenagers got to where they are, where the rest of humanity is (or isn't) and why the city they're living in seems lived in, but there's people around.

I ABSOLUTELY loved Arcadia, the AI, and all her quirks. I adored the scene with the chocolate chip cookies, I LOVED how she saw the different characters in the ReMade team in a way that we didn't and how we saw a lot of fledgling crushes bloom into tiny romances, and I ADORED how they explained the caretakers from Arcadia's point of view.

And the ending. ACK.

I can't wait to see what Arcadia wants with Holden. *runs away to start Episode 14!*

This is the 12th episode of ReMade, a 15-episode serial from Serial Box Publishing. This episode was written by Carrie Harris.

Cole is what you’d call a “salt of the earth” type. He works hard, loves his girl, and feels best when he’s being useful – which makes being injured particularly frustrating. When the others go off exploring and leave him behind again, he’s finally had enough. With Naveah as his accomplice he sets off to find answers of his own, and ends up learning more than he wanted.

I'm not really sure how to review this episode, or what to say, but it was filled with one emotion: Pain.

I opened this episode the minute after I finished reviewing the previous one, We're Dead In This Ghost Town, as there was a "Next On ReMade" attached to the end of it that promised a museum with answers attached, and I couldn't resist.

And now, I'm just shocked. I have no idea what to say, or how to review this episode without spoiling it, because this is ESSENTIAL to the plot line. Everything up to this point had just been a guess, but now the team finally got answers about where they are, why they're in this place and what happened to the lives they remember.

This episode was written in a new viewpoint, Cole, who's leg was injured in the Caretaker attack a bunch on episodes ago.

From the minute he started narrating, I knew Cole was someone easy to fall in love with. A reliable person, an young father and hard worker, I adored him and then FELT every inch of his pain as he did.

I'm not going to spoil this episode, I'm only going to say HOW SAD I am that I don't have the next episode ready to read, because ReMade is turning out to be better than I ever expected, and I NEED MORE.

A fast paced, pain filled rollercoaster that I can't wait to ride again. 4 stars.

This is the 11th episode of ReMade, a 15-episode serial from Serial Box Publishing. This episode was written by E.C. Myers.

In hopes of finding civilization, people, answers, the group journeys to the city whose lights they’ve been able to see from miles away. But group dynamics can be just as hard to navigate as a new city – especially when death and dragons are involved.

We're Dead In This Ghost Town. That title itself gave me shivers, thinking of all the dangers the new town the group was going to explore might hold.

Truth be told, while nothing BAD happened, this was one of the most entertaining episodes I've read, and I loved it. Also, there was a Game of Thrones reference and EEEEK. If I died without finishing the show, I'd probably be sad too.

This episode is all about the city that May discovered a two episodes ago, one with ACTUAL modern structures and lights (so by assumption, electricity) that the team (do they have a name?) has finally decided to explore. Told from Loki's viewpoint, who I didn't really like in the last episode, We're Dead In This Ghost Town is fun, filled with bonding, jokes and cool technology and I WANT MORE.

If you remember from Episode 4, I didn't quite like Loki, or his story, but now, in Episode 11, I finally managed to connect with him as we learn the second part of his story. (HEARTBREAKING, by the way)

While I finally started liking Loki, what I liked more about this episode was the friendship that was forged between Loki and Holden, out very first narrator. As the talk about their mistakes, how they got to this nowhere place they're at, and bond over the cool tech and DRAGONS (ACK. #DragonLove) they find this sort of rhythm that I loved.

I loved it, I can't wait for more. 4.5 stars.
