Blurb Description: After her best friend orchestrates the lie that destroys her reputation, Taylor wants more than anything to disappear from her life. But when an accident turns this unspoken wish into reality, instead of an angel-filled afterlife, Taylor must climb a seemingly endless staircase into the sky.
Instead of going up, the journey plunges her into the past. As she unravels the mystery behind her friend’s betrayal, she must face the truth about life and find the strength to forgive the unforgivable — unless the staircase breaks her first.

Where the Staircase Ends is, what I would describe, a new way of telling a contemporary novel with a shock ending. You have your not- so- bestie best friends, one the mean girl (think Regina George) and her sweet, innocent, I-don't-really-want-to-do-this-to-other-people-but-I-can't-help-it protagonist, her boyfriend, her true (SWOONY) love interest, that her best friend tries stealing away from her, stupid sidekicks that are only useful in spreading gossip with 0% of a brain...

Except, this time, the protagonist is walking up a set of never ending stairs. She can't turn left, right or backwards, and can only move forwards, with the ghosts of all the people in her lives coming back to haunt her, to make her remember- everything. The good, the bad, the terrible, the amazing.

I truly loved this new take on contemporaries, I loved the storyline, and most characters except Sunny- because SERIOUSLY?- I loved JUSTIN COBB <3

Read the book- It's pretty good:)
